Quotations
Submitting a quotation request does not create a contract or obligation to purchase. Prices, MOQ, lead times and specifications are confirmed in a written quotation from Tribon Sports.
Product information
Product illustrations and Design Studio previews are representations. Final colours, placement and finishes are confirmed through sampling.
Artwork and intellectual property
By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for manufacturing. Tribon Sports may decline orders that appear to infringe third-party rights.
Samples and production
Bulk production begins only after written approval of a sample or specification. Payment terms are set out in each quotation or proforma invoice.
