Product Selection
Choose a product from our catalogue or share your own tech pack, reference garment or sketch.
- Step 02
Design & Development
We review artwork, measurements, trims and construction details, and agree the specification with you.
- Step 03
Fabric Sourcing
Fabric composition, weight (GSM) and colour are sourced or developed to match your requirements.
- Step 04
Sampling
A pre-production sample is made for your approval of fit, print, embroidery and finish.
- Step 05
Bulk Manufacturing
Once the sample is approved, cutting, printing, sewing and finishing begin for your full order.
- Step 06
Quality Control & Shipping
Garments are inspected, packed to your requirements and prepared for international shipping.
Cut & sew
Garments are cut from your approved patterns and sewn to the agreed construction details.
Decoration
Printing, embroidery, patches, rhinestones and specialty finishes are applied to approved artwork.
Finishing
Washing, pressing, labelling, tagging and packing to your specification.
