   Incoming fabric is checked for colour, weight (GSM), shade consistency and visible defects before cutting.

2. QC-02

   Cutting checks

   Cut panels are checked against approved patterns and grading.

3. QC-03

   Inline inspection

   Sewing quality, stitch density and construction are checked during production.

4. QC-04

   Print & embroidery checks

   Placement, colour and durability of decoration are compared against the approved sample.

5. QC-05

   Measurement checks

   Finished garments are measured against the agreed size specification.

6. QC-06

   Final inspection & packing

   Garments are inspected, trimmed, labelled, folded and packed to your requirements before shipping.
